Refunds will be generally administered within 3 business days. Buyers requesting a refund should email email@example.com with their name and order number. Pass payments will be refunded directly onto the original card provided during purchase less processing fees.
Refunds will be granted until October 26, 2018. After that time, pass buyers may have the option of donating the pass back to the GeekGirlCon or receiving GeekGirlCon ’19 passes in exchange.
Exchanges will be made within 3 business days of initial request. Pass holders should email firstname.lastname@example.org and indicate which date or level they wish to exchange into along with original order number. In some instances, the pass holder may be responsible for paying a price difference.
In the instance of a pass transfer to another individual, the original passholder should provide contact information for the new passholder.
