Refund & Exchange Policy
Refunds and exchanges will be administered within 5 business days.
Requesting a refund?
Please email email@example.com with your name, order number, and reason for the request. Orders will be refunded directly onto the original card that you provided during purchase minus processing fees.
Requesting an exchange?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and indicate which date or level you wish to exchange for along with the original order number. Depending on when you request an exchange, you may be responsible for paying the price difference. Our registration team will provide this information before completing the exchange.
New for 2019
Refunds and exchanges will be granted through October 15, 2019, which is also the badge mailing deadline. From October 16 through November 13, customers who cannot attend GGC ‘19 have the option of either donating their pass(es) to the GeekGirlCon Pass Program or receiving GGC ‘20 passes. Requests after November 13 may not be honored unless extenuating circumstances apply.
