Refund & Exchange Policy
Refunds and exchanges will be granted until our badge mailing deadline (August 31, 2024). Afterwards, customers who cannot attend GGC ‘24 have the option of either donating their pass(es) to the GeekGirlCon Pass Program or receiving GGC ‘25 passes. Requests after October 31 may not be honored unless extenuating circumstances apply.
Refunds and exchanges will be administered within 5 business days. Please note that your banking institution may take 7-10 business days to process the funds back to your account once initiated.
Requesting a refund?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, and reason for the request. Orders will be refunded directly onto the original card that you provided during purchase minus processing fees.
Requesting an exchange?
Please email email@example.com and indicate which date or level you wish to exchange for along with the original order number. Depending on when you request an exchange, you may be responsible for paying the price difference. Our registration team will provide this information before completing the exchange.
