Cosplay Contest Application

Must be 13 years or older to enter.
All contestants must complete a model release form.
Can submit up to 5 photos. High resolution images are not required (we want everyone who wants to participate regardless of access to photo equipment).
Cosplayers of every skill level, from beginner to expert, are encouraged to enter!
You do not have to create your own costume to enter - whether it’s from upcycled materials, altered pieces, sewn together from scratch, or even store bought; if it’s a costume, then you’re welcome to enter!
One entry allowed per person
Group cosplays may enter, but only one entry is needed. Please choose one person to enter on behalf of the group
Hate symbols of any kind are not allowed and will be immediately disqualified
